A person operating a fish culture farm needs to be licenced. The licence is renewable annually. The fee payable is S$850.00 per lot of 5,000m2 per annum.

A person employed or engaged in any capacity on a fish culture farm needs to be registered. An identification card will be issued to the worker and the cost of the card is $2.50.
