Time and information needed to apply online Online Application for Dog Licence
Please familiarise yourself with the following before making an application:
Conditions of dog license This form may take you 20 minutes to fill in.
You will need the following information:
- The particulars of the licensee including mobile number (for SMS notification on renewal of licence), email address and mailing address
- The particulars of the dog including address where dog is kept, breed, colour, sex, date of birth, microchip number and sterilisation certificate number (if applicable).

Step 1. Log in with your Singpass. We encourage applicants to apply for a SingPass at https://www.singpass.gov.sg/sppubsvc/req1.html. By using SingPass to log on, some of your particulars will be auto-populated for your convenience.
For applicants with no SingPass, please click on the link for non-SingPass holders only.
Step 2. Check your particulars and fill in the rest to complete your application.
No attachment is required! AVA may request for supporting documents in future for our records.
Step 3. Once your application is approved, make payment.
If you are an existing GIRO customer with AVA, the licence fee will be deducted from your GIRO account. No online payment is required.
Once payment has been successful, we will mail your licence to you within two weeks.
