A Certificate of Freedom from Disease within Singapore from AVA will be required if the country to which you intend to export animal/bird products requires certification that Singapore is free from specific animal disease(s) of concern, to facilitate the export.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all import and export requirements are met. Applicants are advised to enquire from the importing country on the diseases for which certification of freedom is required as any incomplete or incorrect submission may result in a delay in the processing time.
The certificate fee is $12.60 per certificate.
If you are submitting the supporting documents online, please get them ready in soft copy format. Alternatively, you may submit them offline (i.e. via fax, over the counter).
