Dragon Fish Farm Registration Scheme

The Dragon Fish Farm Registration Scheme sets out guidelines for the farming of Dragon fish in Singapore. Only captive-bred Dragon Fish of F2 generation and beyond are allowed for retail trade in Singapore, and for export to other countries. All Dragon fish produced by local farms must be registered with AVA.

This e-Service will take you about 30 minutes to complete.

  1. The applicant must possess a valid AVA farm license for a farm wherein captive-bred Dragon Fish are to be produced.
  2. The applicant must own a minimum number of 50 pieces of Captive Breeding Stock of Dragon Fish in the registered farm.

How to apply

STEP 1: Download the application form. 

STEP 2: Fill in the required information 

STEP 3: Attach copies of supporting documents (e.g. farm layout plan invoices, etc.)

STEP 4: Submit the completed application form to the office/address provided.

After applying

AVA will contact the applicant within 7 working days from the date of receipt of application to arrange for inspection of the farm
